We found the elusive Impossible Burger!! This rare plant-based burger was a special Black Friday offering from Morels Cafe in Louisville, and we were lucky enough to grab a few!
After 7 months, the wait is over. It melts, shreds, slices, and is great on veggie burgers (I put a thin slice of cheddar on my eggplant burger), chili, soups, ohhhhh…..I forgot about tacos!!
Use sparingly, a little goes a long way. And they also have mozzarella, which I haven’t tried yet. I can’t wait to experiment with these cheeses.
